Tokyo Label Green Goes on Hold

Green, the Japanese label which has been lauded as the best womenswear brand showing in Tokyo as of late, will go on indefinite hiatus as designer Yukiko Ode prepares to have her first child. The final collection will be revealed this week at the S/S '09 show in Tokyo. Green became known globally after being one of the few Japanese labels to be carried at Opening Ceremony this year.
