A few days ago the new store manager of La Perla left me a comment saying that she's going to try to make the windows better. Um--obsessed with this possibility. If I can be of any help [I do have ideas after all] we should discuss. La Perla Meatpacking windows are possibly what started off my obsession. I used to shoot them in black and white film my freshman year. Until that day, let's look at other peoples work because that's what you're here for. Moschino keeps the funk alive, McQueen is mmmmm tasty but not as tasty as the last display, and La Perla knocked it out of the park because I happened to be there at a good time during the day. The little chicks making clothes [see the mini sewing machines and threads] with the cute little beds, are seriously an amazing touch and go so well with the Banksy themed designed windows I'm shooting the moment I get back to NY. Seriously, Sunday--off to shoot his windows.
