Pimp My Ride

Infinity Rock Star Stroller
Orbit Baby Modular Stroller System
Forget red hot Ferraris and sleek Bentleys, the hottest ride around town comes in the form of babe mobiles—and we're not talking about hot rods. With celebrities ever pampering their little darlings, it was only a matter of time before the baby craze trickled down to the very wheels in which they're toted.

Designers are already turning a watchful eye to those impressionable early years, ensuring a head start on lucky tot's fashion 101. The Quinny is now leading the pack of Chanel carriers and beloved Bugaboos with graphically printed strollers and accessories such as knitted toys, umbrellas, matching rain gear for the mom and a tiny sleeping bag. The all-purpose mobile was designed and developed by Danish menswwear designer Henrik Vibskov. The Central Saint Martins-educated Vibskov incorporates wood into the handles and wheels, while incorporating rainbow-like visuals when creating the bright prints. The result is an outstanding spin on the classic carrier that defies the typical blandness associated with strollers, while offering some colorful stimulation to the precious cargo.

Even the rock scene is jumping on board with the Infinity Rock Star Stroller designed by Jon Bon Jovi and Tico Torres. The classic all black or red covering will make any rock 'n roll loving dude feel macho while pushing it around. And for those who want it all, the design-centric Orbit Baby Modular Stroller System is an impressive piece of hardware with such features as front suspension and rear air-filled tires, a cargo pod and a reclining, detachable, 360° rotating seat, making this sleek child carry-all perfect for any situation.

With the Quinny available at fashion retailer Seven New York and the Orbit sold at baby stores such as Buy Buy Baby, start saving up for these unexpected luxury items.
