Wear Palettes - A Second Blog, Once Removed
Recently launched by an enterprising graphic design student, Wear Palettes is a color-tracking blog that focuses exclusively on the chromatic predilections of Scott Schuman at The Sartorialist. In what must have been a rather painstaking process, Wear Palette's author has compiled over 1500 color palettes, extracted from The Sartorialist's daily on-the-street stylista photos. Plus, a per-color tally is available so you can track which colors are on Schuman's mind. (The lion's share goes to conservative colors like grey, black and blue, while pastels only crop up intermittently.) The banded, color palette feeds read like a new fashion flag for every day.
Thanks to PSFK for the lead on this one.

- Travel NotesThere were so many photo ops during Claro Rio Summer, here I snap some of my friends and scenesters who attended the events. The shots were captured primarily at Michael Roberts' book signing for Saved (a photo essay on life at the beach in Rio) and at the samba rumbling fete at The Oteros and at Jo de Mer's show at Oscar Neimeyer's first house in Brazil.
