What's hot right now:
Every season someone becomes more or less hot in design, but there are some classic toppers too. Margiela seems to be at the peak of his heat at present. I also find Marios Schwab very interesting and refreshing. And, of course, Stefano Pilati is hot in every sense of the word. For music: Simian Mobile Disco, LCD Soundsystem (still), Gogol Bordello and Grace Jones (coming up this month!). Food-wise: Joe Allen, an old american restaurant in Paris, and Dansing Chocolat in Antwerp—but I think my own cuisine is hottest. In terms of artists, I cannot omit the hotness of Terence Koh and his Asianpunkboy art—definitely not to miss. As for the cities, my hottest top list includes the following: Moscow, Berlin, Wasilla.

Wasilla? as in Alaska,USA? hot shopping? ffs

Are you taking the piss? Is not that the micro-shitehole stooge Republican vice-presidential USA candidate Sarah Palin was from? Not that I am in favour of brother Obama, he is not even a natural-born USA citizen, so cannot legally be your president. cheers! oioiman STKM Sweden

Since living back in New York, I’ve spent the last two Christmas and New Years in the City. It was never an option to stay home during this period when I lived in Paris. And I like it better that way. Getaways seemed to just happen and it was a given that at the end of the year, you’d find yourself somewhere, usually warm for me, far away from home.
